Love the look

I love how the refrigerator looks. Large drawer for lunchmeat is nice to see what is in the drawer without digging. Wonderful to have the alarm on the door to tell if is left open too long.

Off the Floor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our 'frig for a couple of months and love it. We were specifically looking for a bottom freezer because I was tired of having to sit on the floor to find things in the back on the bottom shelf of our last one. We also did not want a refrigerator with the water and ice features on the front or french doors. This was one of the few that had the features that we were looking for and a brand name that we trusted. My only wish would be that the top shelf was divided so that we could adjust it for a greater variety of items.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the fridge, especially the freezer, and appreciate the shelf and door space, the door alarm feature, the good lighting, the quiet operation, etc., I would like to point out the things I wish were different: 1. The door is very hard to pull open just after it has shut. 2. The door has a hangup point just before it closes, slowing the swing movement, so if you have not opened it wide enough it fails to close on its own. This is after I adjusted the tilt a lot. The door open alarm is proving its worth. 3. I would prefer a painted front as stainless gets marked up so easily and does not hold magnets. However, nowadays, stainless is less costly. 4. The top shelf does not adjust high enough for me to put taller things on the shelf below and short stuff on the top shelf as i would like to. I realise that designing a fridge is not easy and you can't please everyone, especially critics like me, and these are not major issues, but if I had been aware of these points I might have researched a little longer which fridge to buy.

Freezer has major design flaw

Nice appliance, good looking, works well, a bit noisy on start-up of cycle, lots of room. But the freezer has a major design flaw: items can fall over the back of the drawers and lodge in the well of the drawer. At this point, the freezer drawer jams, and cannot be closed. The fix requires that the sliding drawer be emptied, and removed, in order that you can reach over and behind the drawer to retrieve the fallen item. It happens frequently and is a major pain. Some sort of a blocking screen needs to be added.
