It took several phone conversations with a total of four GE representatives, but the issue with our display rubbing off has been resolved.

Painful Experience Finding One

Finally a microwave that looks acceptable. The first two microwaves (that's right we are on our third) had crooked doors so had to be returned. The doors were off by an eighth of an inch. Seriously, how does that even get shipped? It took about 7 weeks between the arrival of the first one until we finally got one that looked presentable. Right now everything turns on. The process to getting an acceptable microwave was zero stars which includes two additional cancelations on the delivery companies part; the fact that everything turns on and looks good on the third one gets three stars; we will see on the quality and if this can earn the other 2 stars.

Microwave is nice except there is no noise when pressing buttons and the over range light has already blew. I’ve only had it 6 months
