Microwave works, but starting to fall apart

I installed this microwave in 2019 and while it works, the handle has already fallen off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reviewing your microwave. We're awfully sorry to hear that you handle has fallen off and absolutely understand how troublesome that is!
Federal law requires that any adjustment or repair of a microwave door also be followed up by a leak test to make sure of proper fit, operation, and alignment. This must be done by a qualified technician. Replacing microwave or Advantium handles requires disassembly of the door, and therefore also should be replaced by a service technician.

Great features. Too loud.

Great machine,I did not purchase this microwave. Homeowners warrantie replaced our old one with this. however. Only get 3 stars because 1) the display light is really bright. At night it lights up the whole kitchen. 2) it is very loud when in operation. Like a jet engine.

New microwave

I love it except for one feature. When I set the timer, if I’m in another room, other than the kitchen, I can’t hear the timer going off. I am not hard of hearing.
