Great fetures, but loud rumbling noise

I bought this a month ago and love the looks and the features it has, but just last week it has starts to make loud rumbling noises and hasn't stop. I really like je products, so I hope its just a misshape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this along with a set to replace an older model. Previously had a vent hood that this replaced as well. Was very easy to install, and looks great. Only reason for 4 stars is that the turntable can sometimes be noisy
