Stopped working after 16 months!

Stopped working just outside of the 1 year warrantee. Our last one worked for 20 years. What happened to quality. And standing behind products???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel like something was missing

Just got the product and have not used it yet. Seem odd that I am reviewing it but I feel like the company has short changed me. My product didn’t come with an owner’s manual to explain all the features. So with no owners manual I feel the company didn’t give me all that it could with this product

Looks are not everything.

Good looking but very, very noisy. Keypad buttons are hard to press to make them register. Don’t like the need to press ‘Cook Time’ and the express cooking as soon as I hit ‘1’.

Great Features and Easy to Use

We have only had this product for 4 weeks and we have used it basically to heat or defrost items. When I have a chance I want to read the booklet and try some difference features. Very satisfied so far!
