So far so good. Easy install, fit like a glove. Buttons are larger enough to read, very roomy, not complicated at all…. I am very happy with this product, and so is my grandson.

It is easy to use. It has a surface light and a powered vent. I miss the knob that my last microwave had. The fume collection from the front stove burners is not good as like most microwaves.

This was is basically a duplicate of the first one we bought. The first one lasted almost exactly 5 years, so rather than risking an expensive repair, we bought another. This one sounds sort of "tiney" when you close the door, but other than that it works. I suspect I'll be buying another in 5 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
