It seems to be a bit more difficult than it should be to operate. I have to read the booklet about things I would know like changing the power setting. Works well though & I love the quiet sound.

Have you ever tried to heat up a cup of coffee but the microwave's display panel requires a user's manual? Not this one!

Do not buy. This is the loudest microwave ever! Microwaves of the 1970s and 80s were quieter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my GE microwave. It’s efficient and I love the quality, the performance as well as the price. Also, I love the way it looks directly over my GE Range. If I did not like it, I would not have purchased a second one.
