We bought this microwave to replace our broken one. This is just the updated model from the same series as the last. It’s a great microwave for the price. We installed ourselves and it wasn’t bad. Just had to get the right tools to drill the holes in the cabinet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We like most everything about it except the door seems to be very poorly made

Works great, as expected. 4 stars because it arrived dented. Replacing very similar GE model that we liked a lot but lasted only 7 years. Hope this one lasts longer. Dent is not visible after installation and does not impact function so we kept it after getting a little off the price.

The light above the oven only has one light. Not very bright and located to the left of center one foot. This is very strange. At first I thought one bulb was out and so did servicemen, but when covering was removed it revealed only one bulb fitting and to the left of center of stove
Never seen one like this before and we think there was a mistake made during assembly.

The GE Microwave is good. The previous non-GE microwave we inherited started to give issues with microwave incorrectly reading if the door was closed or not, and failed to operate. The GE microwave had a light weighted handle which did not cause any issue as such. The mute On/Off is a great feature when you want it silent for a sleeping baby or such. Overall, very good product.

Great and inexpensive microwave

Good and simple to use.
Just one note: the buttons are a bit hard to press. It take a little of force.
