The microwave makes a clicking noise and has a bright LED clock that I wish it didn’t. The noise makes me think something may go wrong with the microwave and the clock is so bright could be dimmer

We replaced a GE microwave which we had for 20 years with this microwave. A lot has not changed which is good for us. Simple, straightforward but powerful enough for what we need. Would highly recommend this product as well as all our GE appliance.

No online help.

Works okay but prefer my old model. Filter light reset on and can't reset. Checked internet and appears to be a major problem. Tried unplugging overnight and still won't reset. Spent 20 minutes trying to locate a help telephone number - no luck. Unit 6 months old. Last GE product for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would have given 5 stars but the exhaust fan is very loud. I can't say that it shows fingerprints less than any other stainless steel appliance.
