Provides a good exhause hood without loosing a cabinet above the microwave. Has all of the cooking features we had with our previous GE microwave

Cracked after a year of use

Worst microwave, the entire suite of these are awful. We have issues with every single appliance. Face cracked after a year.

Oh goodness! We're terribly sorry to hear that your microwave door has cracked and know how frustrating that is. Any damage to a microwave or Advantium door (cracks, scratches, peeling, burn marks, etc.) will require service. Federal law requires that any adjustment or repair of a microwave door also be followed up by a leak test to make sure of proper fit, operation, and alignment. This must be done by a qualified technician.

Door issues

The first microwave I got got condensation between the door panes when I boiled water.
Got a new one today and the door is crooked!!!
