It went in like a charm. Easiest installation of the day. All the instructions were very easy to understand. I’ve already falling in love with this unit

The microwave is easy to use, it has wonderful features. I love the style and the handle is slim it is built for a persons hand the door is easy to open and shut. Even without an instruction book you can look at the microwave and figure out how to use it. It heats up a cup of coffee fast and it gets hot. I love the GE appliance they know how to make them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave I had installed and glad I did. Took 2 to lift and set in a space where previous microwave. Operates just fine. no fancy features just ones that we need. quiet and easy to use

Confusing mounting template

Replacing an older GE microwave, I was disappointed to realize that a new mounting bracket needed to be installed, and new holes needed to be drilled in the cabinet overhead. Mounting templates are very difficult to use. Some of the difficulties arise from pre-existing cabinetry, but GE could have provided much better templates. So far as the microwave itself is concerned, it seems to me that one microwave oven is similar to most others at its price point.

good features and quick cooking

this replaced former GE former Ge micro wave. Please note former one only lasted 4yr 3 months. Very disappointed in time, and not worth repairing. I do not like to get friends or relatives involved ,in case something goes wrong.

Great update model

Installed to replace a failing over-range microwave. Updated features (e.g., “melt” and sensor-based reheat) work well and add convenience. Dimensions were precise, which was critical since it was going in over a tiled backsplash on the wall. Very pleased with the first month’s performance.

When using the beverage sensor button I always get a "SENSOR ERROR", The beverage needs to be heated for a longer time using the Cook TIme setting
