Fast and quiet

We had a GE microwave that was getting tired and finally went to sleep so we retired it. Being it had been reliable for so many years we decided to purchase another GE. This one we purchased is a stainless steel to match our other kitchen appliances. I installed it myself with help from a friend which took about an hour, not bad for a 79-year-old. We just have to get used to the newer controls as there is a little difference. We are very happy with our purchase, and was easy to register the warranty on-line with G.E.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I picked this because the previous micro also a GE lasted 18 years! After 4 weeks, New one is going good, great (stainless/black) color scheme too.

Door rattles and makes a loud vibrating noise.

Not good...we have just had one of your repair guys out. It stopped rattling for a day and is now doing it again. He said you don't replace bad products you just continue to waste a customer's time coming back out. That's a disgrace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are enjoying our new microwave. The display panel is easy to understand, even our 8-year-old daughter can use it independently. Heats food evenly.

Replaced a GE Microwave that we had for 10 years. The upgraded LED lights are brighter and the new handle design is modern. Have only had for a few days, its working well and the one thing I've noticed is that it seems to be quieter than my previous model. Would definitely recommend. Also please note the LED display is white not green as was used in previous models.

This microwave is very easy to use. After reading the directions I didn't have any problems using it. It is a good size and I will be able to use it for all types of foods.
