Already rusting and indenting buttons after 3mos

The range came pre-installed in my new house. While at first blush, it looks great and performs well, it's got a fair set of problems. 1 - it's not quite as powerful as my previous over-range microwave. Warming up a mug of milk takes 2mins instead of 1:30. 2 - The buttons panel is already starting to show signs of indentation on popular buttons (e.g. add 30 seconds)-- and we're not large people abusing the microwave. 3 - We had a few (3-4) drops of water splash near the GE logo a few weeks ago and rust has already appeared where the drops were. We've had to be diligent about wiping everything down immediately after use to prevent further rust from appearing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The bulbs had to be replaced every couple months and now it’s saying sensor error. Really? Should last a lot longer than 23 months

Perfect replacement

Old OTR microwave finally gave out after 15 years. All my other appliances are GE Profile, so I added this OTR microwave to complete the collection. It has many upgraded features I did not have before. I do like that the lighting for the range top is nice and bright and has a dim feature also as a night light. Happy with it so far.
