GE Microwave Fail

New microwave does not heat. Repairman claims the heating element is broken. I should receive a new microwave but haven't been offered one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love how quiet and sturdy this microwave is. Only thing I don’t love is the automatic fan vent when I’m cooking on the stovetop. Automatically turns on and you are unable to turn it off.

Just installed so can't comment on cooking that much yet BUT first impression is the clock readout is way too BRIGHT! I could light up my entire kitchen with it at night. THere needs to be a setting to make it dimmer.
