Great Fit in Existing Space!

I was hoping to avoid kitchen modifications when installing this new, over the stove, microwave and was delighted to discover the wall footprint was identical to my thirty-five year old GE/Hotpoint; Yay! The all black body fits in nicely with the other appliances.
Additionally, this machine heats quickly and evenly. My wife loves the automatic sensing feature when reheating her tea. I am very happy with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Failed twice - Terrible reliability

Completely failed twice in 2.5 years. First repair was about the original cost. Will not repair again, it is trash now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not working correctly

The unit quit working after three days. The dealership took it and made repairs. We thought it wasn’t heating right every time and today it quit heating again. We will call the dealership tomorrow and see if they can fix this unit or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Microwave

I am neutral in this. There is nothing that I love or hate about this appliance. It works as expected. Maybe I just haven’t tried to do anything other than reheat. There could be great features I just have not used yet.
