I had an earlier iteration of this model. The previous model was much better! The door on this model seems flimsy. The selection pads are not sensitive. The configuration on the selection pad was better on the earlier model. No instruction pamphlet was included w/ the microwave-I had to call for one. I appreciated the night light function on the earlier model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
