For the price has great features & was very easy to install. I have another GE appliance I've had for over 20 years with no issue which is why I chose this brand again to replace our old microwave oven

A disappointment !

VERY NOISY!! Cheap looking, GE emblem looks like a game token. Glass frame surround is not symmetrical, which doubles the cheap look. Needs an adjustment for display brightness to tone it down. Surface light housing should be recessed to be flush with the bottom edge, so it's not so visible.
This microwave was recommended by GE as a replacement for our previous GE model purchased in 2015. Very disappointed!

My brand new stainless steel microwave oven

We would recommend making sure that your microwave turntable is able to turn as normal. Also make sure that your food is in microwave approved cookware. We hope this is helpful. All the best.
