Great product

The installation was easy and quick. We replaced a microwave with this one and the bracket and holes from the previous one matched up perfectly. The directions were clear. So far the product has been great in the performance as well. Does as it should and is advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Motor is failing after 10 months

The motor is failing after 10 months. After beginning to rotate turntable at one speed, it slows way down and labors to continue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect replacement

I had a GE microwave that was purchased and installed in the 1990's and it finally needed replacement. This stainless steel version makes my kitchen look great and has even better controls than the older model. Nice unit!

Love the defrost feature!

I had an older version so this is an updated version for me and works very well. I took a frozen muffin from freezer and cooked it based on weight (low ball it) and the time appeared and it was like cooking it in the oven and having it come out hot and done. Liked that!

The layout of the different buttons is very good. Also, I like the brightness and size of the display. I also like the white interior of the microwave, easy to see if it is dirty and easy to clean.
