Died before one year of use.

I was cooking bacon, and the microwave just DIED. Haven't even had it one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally Got Updated an Updated Microwave

Our 20 year old microwave finally died and purchased this model. Looks awesome in our older kitchen. Haven't had a chance to use it much but appears to have everything we need and more, that we didn't know we needed!

Great Microwave

I’m loving this microwave - first time I’ve had one above my stove and it’s working out great. Only problem is that my son, who has some disabilities, got so used to using our old countertop microwave that he’s having a hard time getting used to new buttons and features! It’s OK, he’ll eventually get as proficient on this new one as he got on the old - and he can see his food cooking at eye level now! The only other drawback is, even for me, getting used to new auto sensors and times is tricky. But, yes, it is possible to teach an old dog new tricks!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Install

We recently moved into our home and needed to replace the existing microwave. The install for this microwave went very smooth, my husband and I worked together and were able to have the microwave working in a short amount of time. We love the look and simple features of this model of microwave, thank you.

Looks good and works well, but doesn't sit right

The microwave looks good and works well, so we have no complaints about the aesthetics or functionality of it, but it doesn't sit in the opening well, so the door is blocked by the cabinet next to it and doesn't open all the way. The installers have to come back out to install a new stove that we ordered, and they are going to put an extra board behind the microwave so that it sticks out a little more and the door can open all the way. This of course also means drilling new holes in the floor of the cabinet above it, but no one sees that anyway.

Easy to use, great features

We love this microwave for the ease of use and easy to read buttons. It has the sensor feature buttons for popcorn, beverage etc. which make it so easy to pop food in without having to select time amount.
I would recommend this to a friend!
