Not a good product

I bought Sept 2015 and it's not working. It's loud and has not worked properly since installed. Have to unplug to turn off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so happy with my above the oven mounted microwave! It looks wonderful, has great features, and is just what I was looking for! the shelf will come in handy to heat up more than one item at a time. I love the slate color!!!!

The only negative is that the choices on the panel are very faint and especially for an older person it is difficult to read.
