Has all the features of most microwaves, but I especially like the “melt butter” feature! Purchased this model because of that feature!!

Microwave performs great.

The microwave works great. No complaints with the cooking performance of the unit. My biggest complaint is how loud the microwave is. Not sure if most microwaves are this loud or not, but my last GE microwave was loud but not as loud as this new microwave. It is an over the range microwave. If it wasn't such a pain, I would remove it and return it. If noise is not an issue, then this is a great microwave for the price.

Beautiful color, quiet running, easy to navigate

Love the color and features. Easy to navigate control panel, a lot of features and operates quieter than any other we've had. Easy to install, we installed to the outside of brick and instructions were (a little confusing navigating to our section) but spot on! Love this over the stove Microwave!

Great except for a few things

This is a nice microwave. Love the button features. Seems to evenly warm up leftovers. It’s terrible at melting cheese when we’re making nachos. Totally a weird thing compared to the microwave it replaced. It’s also kinda goes crazy when popping popcorn. Don’t try to do more than one bag every five minutes because it will just give up. You can put a second bag in there, and it will run-but it won’t pop. Then the vent turns itself on just to add more drama to the confusing situation. It’s so strange. It seems like popping a few bags should be a pretty basic function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this new microwave after our other GE model of 9 years stopped working. This one has most of the same features which we love, except I have to be extra careful when opening or closing the door as it makes a lot of noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!
