One week after installation and the microwave does not work. It has only been used perhaps three or four times in the week to heat small items. Inexcusable!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After checking the circuit breaker to make sure that this is not a matter of that being tripped, we would recommend scheduling service with our factory service and repair team 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Good product

Overall function is very good. A couple of features could be improved. First the buttons on the touch pad really need to much pressure to work. Second the clock light is really bright. Thought I had left a light on in the kitchen the first night. Otherwise it’s very quiet, heats well and evenly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Microwave

Great microwave. Has great features and is a beautiful appliance. Works great, so far. Just installed yesterday but was a replacement for very similar model which was from 2004. Only thing I have noticed is that you have to press buttons very hard unlike old unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for me

I had a GE Profile microwave for 20 years. Finally died and I called GE directly. Hannah helped me find a comparable one and it is perfect. She handled the delivery and installation and followed-up on all phases.
