This is our 2nd GE microwave & we love the express cook buttons & add 30 secs, mute button, turntable off & on.

We've had the microwave about 2 months and so far we love it! The sensor feature reheats our food perfectly, and the popcorn button did a great job on microwave popcorn--no burnt or unpopped kernels. The express buttons, 30-second button, and turntable on/off are great features. Other reviewers have stated that the vent fan is loud; however, since we've never had a vent fan before, we have nothing to compare it to. If I have any criticism at all, I do wish the surface light was a little more bright, but it's definitely adequate.

Door hinge squeak!

It works well but squeaky hinge is annoying! I’ll have to report this problem.

EASY TO USE AND WORKS WELL!

This is the second one of this model that I've had. the first lasted exactly 5 years. I was hoping for more but it lasted as longer than a lot of products. It does the job and it's quite easy to program and use. If you're looking for a reasonably priced microwave that works well, this is a good choice.

Perfect size and quiet

We replaced a similar over-the-stove 12-year-old GE microwave with this one. Its style is clean, operation is intuitive, and it runs very quietly compared to the old one. GE is the only manufacturer that makes a microwave the exact width needed to fit between our cabinets. Thank you for that GE. We have not used the sensor feature yet because we don't see an every day use for it. Great microwave overall, would recommend it, and will but again in 12 years if needed.

Hope this lasts longer then the last GE model

Had a GE Profile Convection/Microwave, with extended 5 year warranty. it died at 5 years and 5 months. Bought this less expensive model bc it was same model was WAY expensive. wanted something to match our other GE products in the kitchen. Hoping it lasts longer then the other.
