We bought this product 2 1/2 months ago and haven't had any problems. I looks great and was easier to install than I thought it would be.

Great features including the slate finish. The "reheat" button is quite useful. So is the turntable for evenly heating up the food.

Microwave does not heat well

I am unhappy with how this microwave heats food. It has unevenly cooked frozen mini pancakes, does not cook fresh green beans in a steamer bag, and has inconsistently heated frozen veggies in steamer bags. I follow the directions on the packages, even adding additional time since this microwave is only 1000 watts and most instructions are for 1100-1200 watt microwaves. Still doesn't work well. I wish that I had shopped around for another option for settling on this model that we purchased to go with our new GE slate oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 3 months ago & love it. I had a GE in the past and was very happy with my last one, that I opted for a GE when I updated my kitchen. Easy to use, and to clean. I love the sleek style. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you GE!

Whisper quite, spacious and sleek

Our new microwave is so quite, I often forget Im using it. It heats evenly with plenty of space. I love the rack for multiple items too.
