Mixed review, some good, some not

5 stars for how product works when it is working and for appearance. 2 stars because two failed in 6 years (we bought again only to match other appliances, otherwise would switch brands).
Also, mounting hole and bracket locations/style have changed despite ordering exact replacement model number, so took more drilling/repositioning than expected for an exact replacement.

Just installed yesterday, but have had GE appliances& have been very dependable. Changing kitchen appliances from white to stainless steel. It is beautiful over my GE profile black glass cooktop.

Fit perfect where are old Microwave was and it is some much quiet then the old one, I was really impressed. It also heats fast. Good product overall.
