Stopped after 1 year of moderate to low use

We barely use the microwave. May be couple times to warm up milk. The microwave made some scary lightening like sparks and sound and then stopped working. This was barely after 1 year of low use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was a good choice .This oven is really great with the new features(heat sensor for the fan to automatically start. Easy programming pad, and cook food really fast

Terrible - Quit working

I bought this microwave for a VRBO. It quit working during my first guests stay. I have been on hold with GE for 30 minutes and cannot get any help.

2.5 years and it's noticeably weaker

Good product with nice features, buuuttt - the wife and I have both noticed that it is taking at least 45-60 seconds longer to heat coffee. Seems like it's losing power at a surprisingly fast rate. Not so good.

Make sure to check the power levels and adjust them as needed. Instructions on changing the power level can be found on page 8 of the manual.
