We purchased a homeowners appliance package, insurance plan. They came out to look at our five-year-old microwave and decided it just needed to be replaced with a new one! We are very happy with it.

This microwave is amazing. Not only it has great features, which are very convenient. Especially, I really love the weight auto defrost; just press defrost, enter the weight, press start, and let the microwave do its thing. You can also adjust the sound level of the microwave so it will not interfere when you are in a conversation or watching TV. As for the looks of it, it is beautiful, and it matches all the appliances we have in the kitchen.

I had had a GE countertop microwave for years, but we upgraded to an above the stove model. We love it! It is easy to operate and works well.
