Not as solid as our 10-year old GE Microwave

Seems cheaply made. Door closing has a tinny feel. I also don't like it constantly telling me to turn over what I'm heating or defrosting - I can't tell how much time is left in the cycle. The interior light doesn't appear to be replaceable. Otherwise, seems to work OK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the interior light, that isn’t consumer replaceable because of its position in the microwave and for safety reasons. But one of our service technicians can certainly replace the interior light, if necessary. Great replacement for ourold GE Microwave, which lasted 14 years, Fit into same location as old microwave. Has all the features needed for everyday use.

It is very disappointing that after 3 years my microwave has stopped working. I can honestly say they do not make them like they use to. My microwave was purchased July 2019 and stopped working July 2022. These have a very short lifespan.

If the microwave isn’t working at all, you may want to check the fuse or circuit breaker to ensure enough power is reaching the unit. Unplugging the microwave for a couple minutes before plugging it back in may also help, as this resets the electrical components.
