Hello - we're glad to see you like the appearance of the microwave. At the same time, we apologize for the fact that it stopped heating after one month. We understand that not being able to use the microwave the way it's supposed to can affect your meals and everyday life.
When your microwave is running but is not heating, it could mean that one of its many components are not working properly. We recommend checking that the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also, please check to ensure the door is closed securely by opening the door and closing it firmly. This will confirm the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
If the above suggestions do not solve the problem and the microwave still won't heat, we strongly recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling a service appointment.
