Loud turntable function

The microwave looks nice, but when using the turntable it is very loud

Our microwave was great until it died 9 months after installation.

GE - JVM6175DKBB review

Microwave is fine, no problems, works well, looks nice. Why dont you use a universal installation bracket? I had a GE microwave above my stove already. I had hoped purchasing another one would make it easy. But instead I had to remove the old mounting bracket and install the new one. Crazy. Similar construction, screws and bracket style. But different screw holes, location of screws and related items. Change just to change?

Over range microwave

Product works good. The only thing that bugs me is when shutting the door it sounds like a cheap product. I am comparing it to my other GE Micro/Convection oven over the stove that this one replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To troubleshoot, do not open the door until the steam is sensed and the time is shown counting down on the display. You can also use Cook Time to heat for more time.
