Love this microwave

This microwave is very sturdy, sleek, and runs beautifully! It's much more quiet than the other brand that we had, and the quality of the food was better and cooked in less time. The fans and lights have two levels, both of which work great. We love the nice sturdy handle and the interior design includes small collecting pools to catch any accidental overspill. It will be so much easier to clean from those areas than the corners of the microwave. We're very happy with our purchase!

Would love for new appliances to actually work longer than 3 years our bad for thinking that. Paint peeling from bottom, popcorn sensor goes off, and now only one light left. We don't use and abuse it enough that this should be the case. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave is easy to use and has many convenient features. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Seems to be well made. We previously owned another GE microwave and it worked great for 18 years.

Poor Quality of New Microwave

Two weeks after installation of OTR microwave, had condensation buildup between the glass panels on the door. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel is impossible to keep clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
