Cover your ears!!

I have never heard a microwave that was so loud. The fan blows air out and it's crazy loud!!! Other than that, it looks good and functions properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty easy to figure out the different settings, I like the separate timer, more customizable than my oven timer. Never had any over-the-stove vents or lights before, so this is heaven. The turntable in the microwave doesn't turn smoothly, rather erratic, but I guess that is just the way it is. Goes well with my 2-yr old stove, microwave is nice and big!

This microwave is big inside and has great features and cooks well. The vent underneath is slow to pull heat and steam while I'm cooking. Also, if the light is left on for too long, it makes the inside of the microwave hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had a similar model when we purchased our home in 2010. We were completely satisfied with its dependability and performance. That is why we replaced it with exactly the same model when the original needed to be replaced.

Love the slate finish. Modern looking with all the features we need. Construction materials feel a little lighter than our previous microwave, but I'm guessing that's the norm these days. Very pleased with our purchase.
