Terrible microwave. Super loud!

Super loud while running and super loud exhaust fan. Technician scheduled to check it out next week. Microwave is only 3 weeks old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For this microwave, the vent fan will automatically start when using any cooking cycle on the microwave. This sound is normal and is like the sound a vent hood would make. Easy to use. Only thing I don't really like is that when you set the timer it continues to beep when time is up until you clear it out. I'm enjoying all the other features including that microwave popcorn button!
