We got this microwave to replace our GE profile one that went out after 17 years. It fit perfectly in the same spot without having to mess up the backsplash for installation and we were able to install ourselves. Love the color of the black stainless. It matches our other appliances perfectly. Features are great. Display is bright. LED stove lighting is wonderful!

What can we say, except this microwave is very spacious inside and all the features and then some that you would ever want. The wattage level heats up whatever we are defrosting, cooking or reheating very quickly and efficiently. We are thrilled with it. It’s just wonderful and every simple to use.

I found the buttons harder to touch and difficult

We had a GE space saver Profile for 18 years and sure loved it but it just stopped heating so we replaced it with this new one. Still learning how everything works

Great features. Weird self heat

So far so good. The microwave looks very nice. Easy install. There was one day soon after installing where the bottom inside of the microwave felt very hot although it had not been used in a full day. Not sure why I unplugged it overnight and plugged it back in the next morning. Haven’t experienced the issue again but was worrisome. I wish I could increase the sensitivity of the buttons a little more

Love the new microwave. Bought it to go with my new dual fuel double oven with built in Air Fryer. Both are a great improvement to the looks of my kitchen and the features are op notch.
