Installed the GE above range eight years. Magnetron failed (first and only problem). Replaced with similar model and we are very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid Quality Microwave

This microwave does a good job and is very reasonably priced. It’s a basic model, it’s quiet and the stainless steel finish is easy to maintain. It does everything I wanted.

We researched and decided on this microwave and we are so happy we did. We love the pre-programmed cooking times and food options. It fit perfectly over our stove and it just looks really nice!

This is my third GE Microwave and the least liked. The door seems to have no cushion to it. It is hard to open the door and when you close it, it is more like a slam. Which makes it a bit noisy to close and open. The product other than that is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm glad I got the GE Microwave . I had whirlpool which worked for 2 years and died, it was huge and very complex to operate.
