Would like the older model back.

Replaced older model with this new one. The old sparked and died. The new one is just as functional as the old, the main issue is the cheap feel of the door, it is more like opening and closing a screen door to your house, rather than the solid feel of the main door. We use the micro 10-20 times a day, taking bets on when the door will fall off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having issues with this one and have used 1 months. They came today to check an have ordered parts. Pray there is resolves it. Very punctual with addressing the problem.

I really like the microwave and have always had one that sits on my countertop. I also purchased the oven range and refrigerator but haven’t had them installed yet.

The thermal fuse blew within a couple of weeks while running the popcorn setting. You wouldn't think it would be that hard for the microwave to sense the temperature is too high and turn itself off before tripping the fuse and bricking itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product replaced an earlier era GE that lasted over a decade. This microwave has all the bells and whistles we wanted plus looks great

Quite a change!

This is an upgrade from the GE I bought in 1990. Going from 600 watts to 1000 and from a food probe to sensor cooking has been a huge change. I like the idea of a turntable for more even cooking but miss the keep warm feature the probe created. The express cook buttons have been great and I like that you press a button and it tells you to add a weight (for defrost) or what kind of item you're reheating. Overall I am pleased but still learning to set a shorter time.
