Finally got a new one

Very pleased with the new microwave. Same brand & very similar to my previous one. Lights are brighter on the new one, which took a little to get used to, but it is a definite plus.

Love the mute feature

Purchased this in September, our old one crapped out. After weeks of research we decided on this one. Love that you can mute the sound! (new baby in home) it runs very quietly and if you leave the door open for a while the internal light shuts off. Great product

Larger cooking space compared to my previous MW. The power is 1000W which is comparable to my old MW, yet using the same time setting I had grown comfortable with in my old MW results in food not adequately warming up. Unit is underpowered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After installation, noticed a bump in the keyboard. Had new keyboard replaced. Have not used it yet since new installation of the keyboard.
