It’s a decent microwave, my only complaint is that there’s a little damage on the door Handle which I will live with but the overall quality doesn’t seem as good as the microwave I had before this one

The directions for installation were easy to follow & the templates were a bonus! Microwave works great. Exactly what I wanted. Matches perfectly with my GE Profile Range.

Wish there was a 30 second button. The owners manual should be printed & come with the microwave. The display light is too bright, stop with these terrible led lights, it is so bright i shut it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as nice as our previous GE Profile Microwave. Seems to be made cheap. Door is noisy when opening and closing.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension. We hope that the more you use your microwave the more you will like it. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know.
