It works well, but the light shining down onto the stove is a single bulb that is much dimmer than our last GE microwave. Also, the LED controls display is so bright that it is hard to read the clock from any distance, so we turned it off. These two features were much better in the older GE model. We installed this new model because two of old model control buttons quit working and we could not find a new control panel...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave looks good and has all the features you need. Bought it because multiple review sites recommended it. But it doesn’t seem as powerful as our old microwave and things are sometimes warm on the edges but not in the middle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap to feel and sound.

It does heat things just fine. The door feels and sounds like thin plastic. Annoying every time we use it. Buyers remorse. Our prior micro of the same brand n color felt and sounded much more solid.
