New microwave

Although it’s not an exact replica of my former unit it does a good job in hearting my food. I like the color and style which matches the color of my stove which is a different brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung Microwave Killer

Replaced a Sumsung microwave that died before its time. Apparently they can’t make quality microwaves or ice makers. This GE oven is great and goes with our GE range. Like the white interior a lot.

Magnetron failure

Came with the home we purchased in Dec. 2022.
2 yrs old great looking product, used for 10 min to defrost and died. WOW! Had the original purchase receipt, 1 year warranty. Magnetron failed cost prohibited to repair.

Stopped working

We decided In 2021 to replace a perfectly working over the stove microwave to a stainless model. We live in Florida from January to April so they don’t get much use. Well I was microwaving a frozen spinach and after it was done all the lights went out. I have to say we are both disappointed in this GE microwave at the moment and probably will be paying to have it fixed. At this time I would not recommend this product. It’s looks great but totally unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
