I am so glad that I purchased this microwave. It is nice looking and very user friendly. My old microwave was unnecessarily complicated. Does what it is supposed to and looks great!

Scheduled for service after 3months of installing microwave, stopped working during a meal warm up.
Nothing is working.

This microwave has worked flawlessly. The feature to turn off the sound with visual cues works great. The door seems to has a hard click in closing & opening. We hope this closing will not result in a malfunction later.
