I wish it came with a warm hold button! I wish it had a rack. My last two were Kenmore and both of them had a rack. I will really miss the rack but it’s hard to get Kenmore products anymore. I noticed when shopping that only one brand not GE had a rack in it. It’s disappointing. It’s a lot of wasted space and I utilize the rack often. Otherwise it works as it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very loud when unit is cooking, not sure if it's a defect, or how it's supposed to sound. Last micro wave ( same make and very similar model ) wasn't as loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had found things that are normal with your microwave oven in the use and care manual that may help see if the unit is running properly.
