Heating Element

I loved the product until the heating element went out and I was told it was too expensive to repair. This microwave lasted under 3 years. Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything you would expect in a microwave. The only thing that I would add would be when the door is opened the keyboard would light up.

This GE microwave replaces another GE microwave that lasted 10 + years. I like the sensor cook and reset filter buttons on this new microwave, which I did not have on the old one. When I used the potato and popcorn sensor cook and the food came out perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Takes a while to get use to the functions.
Limited color options.
Really don't care for stainless steel handles.

Does the job

We purchased this as part of a set when we remodeled our kitchen. While the microwave does its job, I wish it had a little more power. With our old OTRM everything took about 30 seconds faster to warm. I do however like the auto humidity sensing fan, it will trip you up the first time you use it and not knowing it has that feature. All in all good purchase.
