We replace our GE microwave after 20 years of use. We wanted to replace with a similiar unit since we had our old unit vented to the outside. My only complaint would be the light that is above the stove is dull and there is only one light, there should be two like the old unit.

PVM9179SK1SS Fuse location? Microwave stopped work

circuit breaker did not trip, power outlet works, microwave display is dark, neither fan nor light work. I would like to check internal fuse, but do not how to access it.

Awesome over the range microwave

This microwave replaced our 12 year old GE microwave. Let me tell you, this is an upgrade! Each time someone in the family uses the microwave, we discover something new. The popcorn pops to perfection. The beverage warm splendidly. My husband seems to think the microwave is a bit loud, but didn’t realize the vent feature kicked on each time the microwave was used. I would recommend this microwave to anyone!

Love the durability of the handles on the microwave the heaviness because my husband has big hands. I love the way it looks I love the inside of it and the lettering on the outside of it.

I am very happy with this purchase. It looks great above my new GE slide in range. I like the look of this microwave as it doesn't hang down below the cupboards so it gives the kitchen a clean, sleek look.
