Its an ok microwave. Not as well built as my older one. The vent cover keeps falling off.
The installation crew was Amazing! Done in 20 min removal to install.

Missing Features I use, shuts down during use

I gave this a 3 star rating due to some missing features I used a lot on my old microwave. There is no warm/hold setting. In the middle of a cycle, the microwave suddenly shuts down completely. This has happened using the Sensor Microwave potato button and time cooking. NO POWER!! All circuit breakers are in tact. I am unable to use it at all. After waiting for 1/2 hour to an hour, the microwave mysteriously has power again and I am able to use it. Really makes it hard to finish a meal. This is very disappointing for me. I have only had this for less than a month.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello - We appreciate you taking some time to share your experience so far. We're really sorry to hear that the microwave went out on you. That is not something we'd expect to happen.
One of the best things to try when you are noticing any electrical issue with the microwave, is to perform an electronic reset. This can be done by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging back in. Also, you can do this by shutting it off at the breaker for the same amount of time.
Not that we think it will, but if you notice this happen frequently, then we'd suggest getting one of our technicians out. You can schedule by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by visiting this link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
