Run away as fast as you can and just don't buy it

Easy enough to install. It was in less than 36 hours and the display panel froze. Every light lit and the control panel locked. I unplugged it in an attempt to reset the controls. Plugged it back in- totally black would not power up. Left it over night and tried again. Worked fine. So I can not get a service call for the problem is no longer present. Before this I boiled some eggs on the side of the stove the control panel is on. Believe that the condensate from the boiling water interfered with the control panel circuit, which tells me that there is a defect in the design. So now we will cook the steamy stuff on the other side of the stove and use the fan on high and hope that that works. It is quite apparent that nobody bothered to test the design in an actual working kitchen before releasing it. We had the earlier version of this model which was made in 2012 (was in the house when we bought) had no problems for 7 years till last year after making jam all day at the stove. The message on the display was the circuit board shorted. Would turn on but would not turn off , press one button and something different would happen. We live in cold country so unplugged and waited till summer to change out. We picked this model to fit the custom space the other was in. I did get the 5 year extended warranty (I bought a dish washer also) so we shall see how long it takes to die and they give me a new one cause they can't fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok microwave

I had an old microwave that worked perfectly but updated all of our appliances. The microwave has the same wattage as I had before, but things are not heating as well in the new one. I’m trying to figure out if the microwave isn’t working properly or why things I used to heat for 30 seconds aren’t warm after 30 seconds. The buttons are also difficult to select.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

over range microwave

I replaced my older model with this one and so far don't feel that it is an upgrade. Doors are extremely light- feel flimsy. Think I must've picked a lower powered model :(

Frustrating start button

I would have given 5 stars however the start button is difficult to engage. Had to press it repeatedly to get it to start heating. All other features i.e., defrost, express etc get going right away when pressed. Hope this issue with the start feature doesn't cause a problem in the future.

It appears to be okay. But the last one was only 4 years old and stopped working. So, we shall see. Nothing is built to last anymore. So sad.
