Great features. Like the auto sensor for reheat. Only reservations are for the noisy fan and if the surface light is left on the internal part of the microwave seems to get hot- I am assuming from the lightbulb.

The rotating plate keeps falling off. The door makes noise when it is closed.

We encourage you to ensure that the glass tray is set properly on the turn table and the glass tray's grooves are set in the indentions of the intended space. It is not normal for the door to make noise while it is closed, unless the door is loose. We recommend ensuring that door is securely installed. Suddenly stopped working

All of a sudden it just stopped working. There was no warning no symptoms it just completely lost power. I am at a point where I do not believe I will buy any more of the Adora appliances. Of course it stopped working as soon as the warranty was over. I'm really unhappy.

This microwave just stopped working. We rarely use maybe a couple of times a week to heat coffee. We have had it a little over a year.

If your microwave shows power and not heating food we recommend hard resetting the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping the breaker off for 2-3 minutes then turning it back on.

If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that are not working properly and we recommend scheduling an appointment with our factory service and repair team by calling 1-800-432-2737, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
