Not a good product

Works well. Replaced a 2014 GE model .only complaint is new model did not fit old bracket

GE Microwave

Very lightweight door, actually seems flimsy. Fan is noisy and has a slight whine. Surface light gets extremely hot and is dim. Not the quality product I’m use to purchasing. There were no samples at the appliance store to review so it was purchased sight unseen. It was on sale at the time of purchase. The sensor panel works good and it cooks fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Fit!

After 16 years my microwave started acting up. Sixteen years is a pretty good run for a microwave so decided to find one as close to it. This was the one. Mine but with great updates. I love the “melt” feature. And no more front vent to clean. It looks great. So happy I stayed with GE!

Overall great!

I really was pleased with the ease of installation. I was replacing another brand, so naturally I was unable to use the same mounting holes, but that was not a problem. The only real concern i have is the control pad. Some buttons do not readily respond when pressed (Especially the light button) and i am concerned that they will not last very long

Worked about 3 or 4 times and quit. Reset tripped circuit breaker, unit died again. Tried different outlet. Worked 3/4 times and died. No circuit breaker trip this time. Unit is a replacement for the same model that only lasted 6 years. Should have never bought another, but repair tech said they are all built by the same 2 companies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
