Terrible quality. Just over a year old and it no longer works. This is the second GE appliance that has stopped working that I bought just over a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice, works fine, but when you open or close the door it feels as fragile as eggshells. Have to push hard on the buttons to get them to work. Get the extended warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features but difficult installation

The product itself is great, but the way the door has been redesigned from the sample in the showroom makes it impossible to mount flush with our cabinets. Therefore we needed to do extensive restructuring of the vent and wall mount. It looks fine now, but it was all very time consuming and frustrating!

This GE is 1000 watts stronger than the GE it replaced, yet the old one did a better job of heating up food. Why?
