We are so thrilled with our new microwave. It is beautiful, stays clean, and makes our kitchen look so fancy. Installation was a breeze and it’s so easy to use. Super satisfied!

The non vented ductless on top of the microwave has too big of openings an things can fall down thru into the microwave easily.

Was excited to get the current version of a microwave we had for 10 years which recently stopped working. However, the new one seems under built. The door sounds like a cheap microwave in a college apartment when you close it. I'm afraid the plastic clasps on the door will shear off if someone shuts it too hard. The old one sounded much more rigid. I was also really disappointed to see the auto night light feature was no longer on the unit as my previous one had it.
